GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All items are eligible for exchange except the products that are: If the product tag is removed, it won’t be
eligible for exchanges.


You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:
If applicable, we will send you a shipping label once the exchange request has been approved. In case
you need to ship the products using any carrier, please use the following shipping address: 1028/20,
Pothuarawa Rd. Malabe. Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.


EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If
the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the exchange after 14 days have passed, you
will not be eligible for an exchange.


In order for the product to be eligible for an Exchange, make sure these conditions are met:
• Product must be returned in its original packaging
• Product wasn’t used or damaged
• Product must include original tags (if applicable)
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase


After we receive your product, our team will inspect it and process your exchange. If the new item’s
value exceeds the original purchase, you will be required to cover the difference in price.
